Alexander has over 25 years of experience in auditing financial statements prepared under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)

He has also been involved in operations advisory projects, due diligence engagements, public offerings and IT and budgeting system rollouts

Alexander has a wealth of stock market experience and has advised a large number of Russian and international public listed companies, including those registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

Graduate of Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) under the Russian Ministry of Foreign Relations with a major in International Economic Relations

Certified auditor (certificate issued by the Association “Audit Chamber of Russia”)

Member of the Self-Regulatory Organization of Auditors Association “Sodruzhestvo”
